GDS was born out of frustration. A frustration that stems from trying to resolve the issues property owners and letting agents suffer far too often.

This brought three individuals together who suffered these same issues owning properties themselves. They could see there was an opportunity for a well run business that directly employed its own tradesmen and put the needs of the client first.

This would allow the control to react to call outs and repairs with a view to the urgency and is controlled internally rather than utilising external contractors. The difference being that there is no masterplan for world domination or creation of business to grow into larger projects like many of their competitors do…The aim is to remain solving problems but also to grow the team in order to be able to service the needs of clients
